Nikki is an active member of the Franchise Brokers Association and has extensive experience analyzing franchise concepts. She has worked with hundreds of franchise owners across many franchise sectors/business lines. Before becoming Principal at Franchise Brokers International, Nikki was a Franchise Relations Manager and Financial Analyst within the franchise and commercial mortgage divisions of GMAC Commercial Mortgage and Capmark Financial Group.
Nikki has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College; International Business Certification from the University of Cambridge; and a BS in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. She received Lean Six Sigma certification from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth. While at Dartmouth, Nikki was a recipient of the Arnold Adams Jr. Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award.
Her international business experience includes a franchising course of study at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India. Nikki also worked at JP Morgan Chase in London, England, where she served as an internal liaison within the United States, United Kingdom, and Asia-Pacific marketing groups. She is one of approximately 60 brokers in the United States who holds the Franchise Immigration Specialist designation, enabling her to help match international citizens, with immigration aspirations, with U.S. franchise opportunities.
