What is a chakra? Where do you find them? What do they do? Why do I need to know this stuff? How do I know if my root chakra is blocked? What can I do to unblock my throat chakra? This course will answer these and many other questions.
I will guide you through my tried, trusted, and safe for beginners, self-healing techniques for balanced, healthy chakras. We will look at the corespondences and associations of each chakra; how each chakra affects physical, mental and emotional health, how to identify which chakra is blocked, and what you can do to unblock it and bring it back into balance.
Each module in the course covers one chakra with all the information you need to keep that chakra healthy. Included in the course are transcripts of the video lectures for those who like to learn from written materials; audio files for those who like to learn by listening as they do their housework, drive to work, or just relax; and seven chakra specific image “cheat sheets” with all the information you need.
Each module also has a chakra specific guided meditation, again with a downloadable audio file for listening anywhere. Also included are editable scripts for the guided meditations, these can be used as a starting point to record your own guided meditations.
