This is the 5-Step collaborative process to create a brand and brand strategy for your company.  Ideally driven off your Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and some differentiation and good niche market targeting, at least initially.
Creating a brand is a process. Doing this properly can pay dividends for years or even decades. You need a foundation with clear brand personality that leverages how human beings are wired and psychology. You need a collaborative team to represent different viewpoints. You need this step-by-step process to get it right, at least in a first pass. Most brands will evolve over time, but this must happen slowly to bring past prospects and customers along.
