This is a well-rounded course. Complete with a Qi Gong for grounding mini-course for warming up the body. More BONUS materials in this course are tapping exercises, paired with 3D videos of the affected energy meridian, as well as downloadable PDF handouts of each meridian, these are to elevate the “Energy-Matter-Meaning” or “Mind-Body-Spirit” connections.
