Kalyan Das was born and bought up in Rourkela (Odisha) – India .He studied at OUAT (Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology). He went on to work with Canara Bank as probationary Officer , subsequently joining Centurian Bank and ICICI Bank. Presently he is working with Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd, as Deputy Vice President – Learning & Development. He has about 30 years of corporate experience and is a voracious reader. He spends his spare time in understanding human behavior and writing solutions for the same. He is a certified Coach and regularly spends his spare time in coaching people. He feels that coaching is about being a catalyst for positive change in a way that is appropriate for people and helping them find their true potential. He specializes in writing, creating and designing books, workbooks, and journals in simple english which are appealable to the masses. He intends to have the largest collection of journals which would be available for the public who are interested in life skill enhancement. He is also an ardent blogger and writes inspiring articles on his website and other social media sites on management articles and case studies. He is instrumental in designing organizational development interventions. He speaks on various forums, conferences and meets. This inspires him to write.
