I am a Salesforce Systems Architect and Applications Architect. I have experience and expertise in the entire stack of Salesforce applications, specializations and technologies. I am also a project management professional (PMP). I have been involved in many projects of varying size and complexity.
For the last 12 years, I have been involved in Customer Relationship Management or in short, CRM projects leading or actively involved in scoping, designing, implementing and integrating Salesforce in various industry verticals including nonprofit, manufacturing, finance, public, retail and healthcare.

In my earlier carrier, I worked as a Systems Engineer with Microsoft and IBM technologies and received advanced certifications in both.
