Teacher, Adult Education Trainer, Helping Practitioner
I have been supporting adults (mainly women) since 2015 via career coaching and bespoke employability and wellbeing programmes. My main focus and experience to date has been in supporting adults with various barriers to employment including fixed mindset, low confidence, lack of skills, long-term unemployment record and mental health issues.
In my work I have cooperated with City of Westminster College, Mind, Buckinghamshire Council, London Job Centres , The Aspire Foundation, Shaw Trust and University of Northampton
In July 2020 I co-published an article on Psychreg sharing good practice on supporting jobseekers during the lockdown in spring 2020.
