I have the distinct privilege to share with you my knowledge in the field of physical therapy, neuroscience and training. I was fortunate enough to take my first steps as a teacher back in 2007 when I was working for Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center (KFRC) in Vallejo, California. The quality time spent there awoke my real passion for the PNF Approach.
Today I’m an accredited International PNF Association Instructor conducting PNF level 1+2 courses.
My PT career launched back in 2004, and from the very beginning, it was related to work with patients suffering from neurological conditions. Many times I was left unsatisfied with the results that I wanted to provide to my neurological patient. I then started to think outside of the box and began my pursuit of knowledge gaining a few additional credentials in the field of orthopaedics; Cred. McKenzie MDT, OMI Orthopaedic Medicine International Cyriax Therapist, International Maitland Teacher Association Certificate of Competence. Since 2015 I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey with Osteopathy and I am eagerly looking forward to receiving a DO (Diploma in Osteopathic Medicine) in mid-2020.
My hard work in the public sector enabled me to climb the corporate ladder and I held for 10 years the position of physical therapy department manager for a very active clinic.
Now I live and work on a daily basis in a small private practice located in Warsaw, Poland travelling from time to time to spread my love for the PNF Approach.
