The course is divided into 3 main sections:-
•4 shorter classes for those busy days where you want to add some body conditioning to your cardio or simply don’t have time
•2 flow sequences to test your control and co-ordination, the ultimate in movement therapy
•4 Classes with a specific focus – either moving through the building blocks to perfect a more advanced exercise or working on an area of the body
