I would love you to have a go of some if not all of the assignments listed below. There is no time limit as photography is a creative marathon and not a sprint. So you can work your way through the list at your own pace and upload your best photographs for review. Of course the assignments are optional, but it would be great to find out how you are getting along with the various techniques.

I have created 3 PDF files for you to download and pop into your camera bag….so no excuses LOL

Assignment One – Simplicity

Capture a selection of photographs that show an understanding of the importance of simplicity. Your chosen photographs should have minimal content and should be pleasing to look at raising an emotion or be thought provoking.

Assignment Nine – Vanishing Points

Vanishing points are converging lines that take you on a journey. The lines can converge anywhere within your photograph. Capture a selection of photographs featuring vanishing points. Think tube and subway stations, roads and freeways, tunnels, paths etc.

Assignment Ten – Curves and Shapes
