Weight loss is simple, but not easy. This course will walk you through the process you need to follow in order to lose weight without cutting out your favourite foods, doing 7 workouts per week, or dramatically changing your lifestyle.
I’ve helped dozens of busy men and women lose weight, and this course is aimed at professional people that have 9-5 (or longer!) desk jobs and may not be able to spend hours exercising every day.
The course does require some use of spreadsheets, as well as apps like My Fitness Pal and Fitbit or Apple Health. You don’t have to be a data science but some experience with numbers helps. The course is ideal for people that work in tech, finance or healthcare.
As well as instructional videos, the course includes other resources and materials to help you such as a tracking spreadsheet, recipe pack, shopping list and example meal plan.
