Stretching should be one of our daily healthy habits, either you do it early in the morning to activate all your muscles and get ready for the day, or in the evening to unwind and destress after work.
In this pack we’ve included three different courses that cover your entire body: Hips, Spine and Core. They were filmed during our morning stretching live classes, but you are more than welcome to workout in the evening.
– Stretching your spine will help you reduce you back pain, but also prevent future injuries.
– We all get tight hips from sitting to much at our desk, and this can lead to muscles tears. Stretching can prevent this and keep your muscles flexible, a flexibility we need to keep our range of motion in the joints.
– We engage our core in most of the activities we do, so having strong, healthy core muscles will protect our back and will lead to better balance and stability.
Despite focusing on a specific area, each course will make you feel like you’ve been working out your entire body. We’ve structured each lesson so that it has a warm up and a cool down, two very important parts for any type of workout, and one, two or even three flows that will help you focus on the area you’re interested in. If you feel like one flow is enough for you today, then skip the next one, but do remember to cool down. And also when you come back another day to the second flow, please remember to warm up before.
