The first course is a start of understanding by experiencing Presence thru guided dance or walking music , and this course is a preparation for the second course which is an advanced course in Mindfulness or Presence , that is made for staying in Presence all the time in our life , which is a very challenging aim for many spiritual seekers including my self , and that is the reason for making this course .
The two courses are made from 6 chapters of guided dance or walking meditations with music , and these chapters are shortcuts of each others , or even deeper steps from one chapter to the other . like Chapter-3 is a shortcut of Chapter-2 , and Chapter-5 is a shortcut of Chapter-4 , until the last Chapter , which is the essence of the shortcuts .
