Loss Prevention Training 101

Todd is the Founder and Managing Director of WE CATCH THIEVES, a full service investigative agency, specializing in employee theft. Nearly 27 years ago, he began his career in Corporate Security as a Retail Loss Prevention Officer working for two of the largest retail chains in America. One of the highlights of his early career included the unique experience of “surviving” the Los Angeles Riots in 1992, while working as an undercover operative. As he considered a career in Law enforcement, Todd realized he excelled in the corporate environment and began to focus more on preventing loss and providing exceptional support value to business owners and corporate executives. Todd recognized the need for more training in the Private Security Industry and began implementing proven protection concepts to numerous private employers. As a licensed Investigator in the state of California for the past 18 years, he has been able to assist and train hundreds of security personnel in the field of fraud prevention, internal theft, and corporate security. Throughout his career, Todd has provided protection for Professional Athletes, Hollywood Celebrities, Executive Dignitaries, and Distinguished Medal of Honor Recipients. Todd is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the California Association of Licensed Investigators. Todd lives and works in Southern California and enjoys volunteering at church, helping others, and spending time with his family.
