• No Knowledge or tools are required, open to anyone that wants to learn Ballet
• Use a chair to hang on to for the Barre section as barre, or a Ballet Barre if you have one
• Wear socks or ballet slippers if you have some, wear comfortable clothings or the best frock you always wanted to wear to dance (you’re at home, nobody is watching you)space to move freely, you should be able to lift up your leg straight in front of you and behind you and not touch a wall or anything else in the room
