7 day Gratitude Journaling for Kids! (Ages 6+)
Gratitude is an essential, but often overlooked, component of our mental health.
Having a daily gratitude practice is simple and the benefits are endless. Gratitude is the worlds most powerful tool for creating happiness! This course will help begin your child’s gratitude journey by using creative journaling.
Children will draw or write out answers to daily gratitude journal prompts and build an attitude of gratitude that can last a lifetime.
Days 1-5 (Monday – Friday) will have the same morning prompt and an evening prompt that will help them keep an attitude of gratitude up until their evening entry.
Days 6-7 (Weekend entries) will have a morning prompt followed by an additional gratitude activity.
Children will spend each day focused on an aspect of life worthy of gratitude and discover the joy that comes from starting and ending the day with a grateful heart.
As well as placing a large focus on being thankful for what they have and not needing more, they will be encouraged to be thankful for others, themselves and the universe.
