Have worked strongly on strengthening HR as department, right from Competency Based Talent Acquisition, Talent Management , Assessing performance, Designing Policies and Procedure, Developing HRIS portal, Employee engagement and much more. Also been part of seeing up the HR portal from on boarding till exit.

We build and customise new training material for the organisation or work with the existing content and focus on exceptional delivery.
