Welcome to the Guitar Workout course! This course contains one routine specially designed for you to improve your technique and keep you sharp, so you can express yourself better with your music. The routine is played in three different tempos: 70BPM, 90BPM, and 110BPM.
In this Guitar Workout, you’ll practice a series of exercises that include some of the most important techniques such as:
– Alternate picking
– Slides
– Hammer-on and pull-off
– Sweep Picking
Please don’t forget to stretch before you start the exercises!
You’ll start at a slower tempo, at 70BPM. You should practice at this speed until you feel comfortable. Then, you are ready to move to a slightly faster tempo at 90BPM. Take your time, pause, rewind, and watch as many times as possible until you’ve nailed it. Practice, practice, practice!
Once you are completely comfortable with the 90BPM exercise, it’s time to move on to a more challenging speed, the fastest tempo: 110BPM. Repeat the exercise many times and don’t forget to have fun!
These exercises will definitely help you to level up your guitar skills.
