Les récents événements Black Lives Matter, le mouvement #metoo, les soulèvements politiques contre les régimes totalitaires dans le monde entier nous montrent que nous avons encore beaucoup à apprendre et à désapprendre sur le pouvoir et les privilèges.
Si vous ressentez le besoin de faire ce travail, je suis heureuse que vous vous lanciez dans cette formation afin de devenir un véritable allié.
Je m’appelle Aurélie Salvaire, je suis française, je vis à Barcelone et j’ai animé des formations de diversité et inclusion dans le monde entier avec ma plateforme Shiftbalance, en Europe mais aussi au Moyen-Orient, en Asie du Sud ou en Amérique latine.
Ensemble, nous analyserons d’abord le système dans lequel nous vivons. Comment en sommes-nous arrivés là où nous en sommes aujourd’hui? Comment le pouvoir et le privilège se manifestent-ils? Comment les discriminations sont-elles intégrées à toutes les structures de nos vies, de nos mots à nos bâtiments, de notre système éducatif à nos économies.
Nous apprendrons l’impact des micro et macro agressions sur les collectifs opprimés. Qu’est-ce que cela signifie pour leur bien-être? Leur estime de soi? Leur santé mentale? Leur richesse et leurs opportunités? Nous examinerons ensemble comment le système réagit lorsqu’il est menacé.
Et puis, lorsque nous aurons une meilleure connaissance du fonctionnement du système en profondeur, alors il sera temps d’imaginer toutes les manières dont vous pouvez être un allié, au niveau personnel mais aussi systémique.
Ce travail pourra parfois être dérangeant, mais je pense qu’il est déterminant afin de vivre en paix et en harmonie dans les années à venir. Cela nous aidera à contribuer à un monde plus juste et plus équilibré dont nous profiterons toutes et tous.
