This course will give you an understanding of how to view and discuss performance of individuals in your team and organisation. We will give you the tools and methods to understand development over the course of a career and to analyse and identify ways to develop people into your future leaders.
In section two of this course we will teach you about the differing types of Work Complexity that exist in your organisations. This model of complexity comes from social science research performed within organisations over decades. Once you understand this complexity model, you will not be able to unsee it.

Every organisation must adapt to deliver in an ever changing environment, I work with organisations and leaders who want to get it right, for their employees and shareholders. I use models of complexity science as a foundation to design effective working environments that engage people and sees them ‘in flow’ with their work. Ultimately, I enjoy improving the way people deliver and experience work. Making life easier for organisations, and ensuring engaged teams and individuals that deliver outcomes.I enjoy discovering how organisations work, teams interact and people are able or unable to complete their required tasks. Each discovery then used as a catalyst to improve the system or structure of work that will enhance an organisations ability to deliver its plans.
