Your assignment is to briefly outline a Data Strategy.

  • Tip 1:Start with a Company you know well. This could be your current company, a previous company or one you would like to know. Selecting a company you have a good understanding about will ensure that your strategy outline is relevant and focused.
  • Tip 2: Don’t get too caught up in the details. Start with the high-level elements as described in the course. Go with your first thoughts; be instinctive. You can always change it later.
  • Tip 3: Challenge yourself to capture 3-5 bullet points under each section. In just the same way it took me a few attempts to get my first Data Strategy right, you may have to tweak yours a few times. You can use my suggestions and tailor them to your Business – data is incredibly versatile.
