This course does not require you to have any cooking or baking skills. The utensils recommended are a food blender, measuring spoons, measuring cup, and an inexpensive food scale. Each recipe can be completed in 10-20 minutes from beginning to end, not including freezing time.
The course will continue to expand with new recipes and videos and Caroline will be there to assist you along your fitness journey as well.
You will be tested on some of the nutritional benefits of some major ingredients and PDFs of all recipes will be included as well.
