Business Ethics and Attitudinal Change

In this course, you will learn what business ethics is all about. You will be able to differentiate between morality, ethics and ethical theory, explain the importance of business ethics, discuss the philosophical basis of ethical issues and approaches, and design a corporate ethics policy for any organization.
You will gain the capability to define organizational culture and core values, explain the relationship between core values and corporate culture, discuss the role that corporate culture plays in organizational effectiveness, enumerate the function and usefulness of core values to an organization.
Here, you will understand what personality and behavior analysis is, explain the limitation of the Jungian personality classification, discuss the usefulness of personality studies in organizational setting, and explain the value of behavior analysis as an applied science.
The course consists of thorough description of attitudinal change, detailed explanation of methods through which attitudes can be changed, discussion on key issues in productivity improvement. In this course, you will learn how to design a strategy for optimal performance through attitudinal change in any organization.
At the end of the course, you will be able to trace the evolution of Transactional Analysis theory, explain the usefulness of Transactional Analysis in a wide range of situations, explain the three alter ego states every individual is made up of, discuss the seven-element model of the modern Transactional Analysis, and apply modern Transactional Analysis to organizational behavior.
