The course “Art Expressions” has four art lessons and four guided meditations. The art lessons have been carefully crafted to help you pause and think deeper about yourself while you learn some watercolor techniques and create amazing art works. Art itself is therapeutic and if combined with meditation can add more benefits and de-stress you.
Each lesson has 2 parts :
a. Step by step detailed art videos
b. Meditation to follow before doing the art or at any time that you want to hear it.
