Description

Are you aware that
· ignoring the implications of diversity and inclusivity from analytics can negatively affect POC and marginalized populations of the community a nonprofit serves?
· scoring and segmentation techniques often default to known ways and do not factor full context from and for the constituents of color (constituents could be fundraisers, donors, or volunteers)?
· the most decent data quality on reports and dashboards is gift information of donors only. Data collection for relationship building is often incomplete or missing?
We can break the patterns of how, why, and where we use research and analytics techniques for better outcomes. This course will get you started on making conversations where you envision a new roadmap of analytics.
