You will learn to create 3 different kinds of vegan cheeses from beginner to advanced. One from chickpeas, and 2 from almonds. And on top as an extra – you will learn to make almond milk almost completely for free! Since we will be using almonds, you might as well make some milk from the first and then use the leftovers to create the cheese. This is a fantastic way to recycle your ingredients and make the most out of them.
Also, a recipe book version will be included, so if you don’t want to come back to this site each time you wish to make the cheeses, you can have a PDF version of them on your computer.
Then, I will talk about very useful current nutritional facts about the ingredients we use for the recipes, I will answer some of the most common vegan questions, such as: “why do we always need to soak the nuts before use?”, I will also talk about the most basic equipment you might need if you wish to upgrade in your kitchen, and because I included an extra almond milk recipe, I will give you many recipe ideas you can try out your homemade almond milk with.
